This project reimagined the AppleCare+ platform for global support advisors, with the goal of strengthening connection, reducing turnover, and streamlining how advisors handle customer device inquiries.
The redesign introduced a clean, Apple-inspired interface paired with new incentive visuals that highlight success rates in customer service. The result was a platform that not only made navigation more intuitive but also reinforced advisor pride and motivation.
By blending functionality with Apple’s ethos of simplicity and excellence, the rebrand demonstrated how thoughtful design can empower global teams, enhance efficiency, and extend a brand’s culture of innovation across its workforce.
